Portobello Mushroom Burger

A portobello mushroom burger taste as good as a meat burger and u can enjoy eating it without feeling guilty. There are a lot of different ways to marinate the portobello mushroom, but the key ingredients are olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Serving size: 1

Ingredients:
1 burger bun
1 portobello mushroom
1 cheese
slice of lettuce & tomato
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
sprinkle of chopped (or grounded) rosemary and black pepper

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary and black pepper. Toss the mushroom with sauce and make sure it coated evenly both side. Leave it at room temperature for 20-30 mins.

Meanwhile, I prepare to bake some fries in the oven. If u love fries but scared of eating junk food, u can buy Alexia organic fries from supermarket at only 4 dollars+. One packet I can eat 4 times which I think super worth :D

Place a baking paper on the tray and spread the fries on it. Preheat the oven to 220C and leave it for 20-25 mins until golden and crisp. Oven bake is so much healthier than deep fried and the calories is much lower too.

Now, heat your pan over medium heat and put the mushroom. Allow it stand for 3-5 mins for each side until tender.

Add the cheese when the mushroom is still hot and let it melt a bit. Lastly, dress the burger with your favourite greens and enjoy it! You can also add onions, avocado or cucumbers.

Online Shopping For Luxury Goods

10 years ago, if you carry a LV bag walk on the street you probably draw a lot of attentions. But now,
almost every girl carries branded bag and I even saw a college student with a sling bag, wearing rolek
submariner. This world is just crazy.

Thanks to the internet, luxury brands are no longer far and beyond reach. So far except LV, Chanel and Hermes, you can almost find any other brands online. Below are my favourite online shopping websites:

1. www.farfetch.com

Farfetch unites over 300 visionary fashion boutiques located at Paris, London, Milan etc into this e-commerce community and showcases over 1000 labels.
What I like about farfetch: You can find almost everything, and you will be surprise with the price on sales. Charlotte Olympia capri cat loafer as low as SGD309, needed I say more? And because the products are from different boutiques, sometimes you will find a same item with different price, don't worry, just the choose the lowest price one.
Shipping cost: USD34
They have free shipping promotion quite frequent, sign up for the newsletter if u really want to buy something from them. And you can get private sales notice by joining as their member which I think it is really good because the saddest thing on earth is you see something really cheap and nice but no size.

2. www.harrods.com

Harrods has nothing to shout about. Compare to other websites, their selections are rather less. But because they are excluding UK VAT if shipping to other countries, it makes everything become so cheap.

For example, a Valentino rockstud ballerinas selling at £415 become £370 (SGD792) when checkout.
Based on my experience, harrods normally has the lowest price if you comparing same item with other websites. Yes even farfetch. So, I still love shopping at harrods.
Shipping cost: £25

3. www.mytheresa.com

Mytheresa is another cheap cheap website that you don't want to miss. After add on shipping fee might be still cheaper than others. And they are always on sales.
Shipping cost: SGD45

I had my first online shopping experience with net-a-porter and i used to check their new arrivals every week. Although I don't do it anymore but I'm still enjoying reading their style issues (The Edit)
Shipping cost: USD15

Louboutin Louboutin Louboutin. Who doesn't love Louboutin? The official website set up their e-store for Asian since last year based in Hong Kong. Since this is the official website so you can find the complete collections here and I have to say the price is very very very reasonable, definitely cheaper than their retail stores and even other online boutiques. While retail stores are busying serving mainlanders and ec24m (joke), here is the best place u can check out all the prices.
Shipping costs: free shipping above $1000 purchase (I guess)

I feel like a lot of people like to shop at luisaviaroma, but i have to say they are not cheap at all. Although they provide 'free shipping', but the price seems like already charged me for the shipping cost -.-
But you still can check them out as they carry quite a lot of brands too.
Shipping cost: free shipping

Other than that, u can also shop at www.matchesfashion.com and www.barneys.com. If you are a fan of Prada, u can visit www.saksfifthavenue.com, www.neimanmarcus.com (my favourite place to see Prada shoes) and www.bergdorfgoodman.com.

Lastly, always do your research before buying. For example,

A same Kenzo top luisaviaroma is selling S$214 but u can get it at S$97 at farfetch.

Thanks for reading my first post and above are all my personal view only.
